Disclaimer
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This disclaimer explains what the Apex Motorsport website is for, and where its information stops. Please read it with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Apex Motorsport is the karting center at 43 Bradford Rd, Bedfordview, Germiston, 2008, South Africa. Phone +27 11 743 2772. Email [email protected]. Those details are the ones to use if you need to check a fact before you travel.
What the pages are for
The website describes recreational karting, open sessions, group visits, beginners sessions, track visits, driver preparation, and the way to contact the center. The pages help you decide what to ask for and help you arrive with sensible questions. They are general information published by the center.
They are not a personal training plan, a medical assessment, or a confirmed timetable. A paragraph about a type of session describes that type of visit. It does not promise that a particular date is free. If a detail on a page and a reply from the center differ, follow the reply and the briefing you receive at Bedfordview. If you are unsure which session fits your group, phone or email and ask. The reply is the place where the center matches a request to a session it can host.
We update pages when the description of the center needs to change. Until a page is updated, a confirmation email is the later document. Please treat the date on a legal page as the date of that legal page, and treat a booking reply as the date of that booking.
Karting involves risk
Driving a go-kart on a circuit is an active sport. Karts move in company with other karts. You can be injured if you ignore instructions, if safety equipment is not used as directed, if you drive faster than you can control, or if there is contact on track. Barriers, signals, and a briefing reduce risk. They do not remove it. Treat the activity as one that needs attention from the moment you arrive until you leave the kart.
Follow staff. Use the safety equipment you are given, in the way you are shown. Watch the signals used in that session. Drive at a pace you can control, and leave space for the kart in front. If staff tell you not to drive, or tell you to stop, follow that instruction. A person who does not follow the briefing may be asked to leave the session.
The safety notes on the driver information page are a preview so you know the kind of instructions to expect. They do not replace the briefing at the center. Track conditions, the number of karts, and the way the session is run are explained by the people running it on the day. If something in the preview is unclear, ask before you drive.
If you are arranging a visit for other people, tell them that karting is a physical activity and that the briefing is part of the session. A parent or guardian should be the contact for a visit that includes a child, and should hear the confirmation and the briefing requirements.
Bookings and payments
The booking form and the contact form prepare an email to [email protected] in your email application. The message reaches the center when you send that email, or when you call +27 11 743 2772. Closing the draft without sending it leaves the request unsent. A preferred date on the form is a wish, not a reserved time.
A session is reserved when Apex Motorsport confirms it by email or by phone. Please wait for that confirmation before you travel for the session. If we cannot take the date you asked for, we will say so.
The website does not display a price and does not take payment. There is no checkout. Do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or identity numbers through a form. If a visit has a charge, the center agrees the amount and the way to pay in the conversation that confirms the visit. The website is not a shop, and a button on a form is not a receipt.
Photographs
Photographs on the site show go-kart racing: karts on track, helmets, tire barriers, line-ups, and group sessions. They illustrate the activity so you can see the kind of sport the center offers. They are stock images of karting. Staff will show you the Bedfordview session when you arrive for a visit we have confirmed.
A photograph is not a promise of a particular kart, a particular lap time, a particular number of drivers, or a particular result. Clothing and equipment in a photograph may differ from the equipment issued for your session. Follow the equipment you are given on the day, not the equipment visible in a picture.
External links
Footer icons open the public homepages of Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube. Map links open a Google Maps search for 43 Bradford Rd, Bedfordview, Germiston, 2008. Those services are operated by their own providers. Apex Motorsport does not write their pages, does not control their cookies, and does not receive an account you hold with them.
A link is there so you can choose to open a map or a public homepage. You do not need those links to contact the center. The address, phone number, and email address on our pages are enough. If a third-party page shows information that conflicts with our confirmation, follow our confirmation and contact us.
Advertising
If you reached this website from an online advertisement, the advertisement’s job is to bring you to these pages. The pages themselves describe the center and how to ask for a session. An advertisement does not confirm a booking. Availability is confirmed by Apex Motorsport after you call or email. Any statement about a visit should be read together with this disclaimer, the terms, and the reply you receive from the center.
Professional advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. The safety text is practical information about taking part in a karting session. It does not diagnose an injury or tell you that you are fit to drive. If you are unsure whether you should take part, speak to the center before you travel, and follow the decision made at the briefing. If you need advice about your health, speak to a qualified health professional. If you need advice about these terms as a legal document, speak to a qualified legal adviser.
The Privacy Policy explains personal information. It is our description of our own practices. It is not a formal legal opinion. The Information Regulator of South Africa publishes its own complaint process for privacy matters at inforegulator.org.za.
Accuracy and availability
We write the pages with care and we correct mistakes that are pointed out to us. Even so, a sentence can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and the website can be unavailable because of a technical fault. Check important details, especially the date and the number of people, in the confirmation you receive from [email protected] or by phone. If you spot an error on a page, email us and name the page so we can fix it.
